Hand Grind Edges. Grind first, if needed, to remove previous existing coating.

First step:  Acid wash floor

Floor machine to profile floor

Ammonia wash and powerwash floor

Let floor dry out and repair cracks and damaged areas as needed.

Floor to block caulked and coated.   All seams caulked.

Grind patched areas by hand.

On very damaged floors, squeegee patch over initial floor areas.

Prime coat applied to floor.

All stem walls are painted, and top coat applied.

Apply chips.

Apply two coats of UV protectant clear coat with anti-slip additive.
